YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
GREIVER LTD is the controller for consultation enquiries through this website. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at [email protected] about your information or to raise a privacy complaint.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, phone number, optional company, selected services and message to respond and discuss your requirements. Please do not include credentials, confidential incident evidence or sensitive personal information. There is no obligation to provide optional information; without contact details and a message we cannot respond.
We process business enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, discussing our services and managing prospective business relationships. We also process limited technical information for our legitimate interests in protecting our website against spam, misuse and security threats. Where an individual asks us to take steps necessary before entering into a contract with them personally, we rely on the contractual lawful basis for those steps.
Recipients and transfers
Greiver LTD hosts this website on its own infrastructure. Access to personal information within Greiver LTD is restricted to authorised people who need it to respond to enquiries or operate and protect our systems. Where external providers are used for email delivery, email storage or spam prevention, they process only the information needed to provide those services.
Personal information may be processed outside the UK. Where this occurs, we use applicable UK adequacy arrangements or appropriate safeguards. Contact us for details.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries that do not result in a customer relationship for up to 12 months after our last substantive contact, then delete them unless a specific legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence becomes part of your customer records and is retained according to the applicable contractual and legal requirements, which we explain separately. Operational logs are normally retained for up to 30 days, although relevant records may be retained longer when needed to investigate a security incident or legal claim. Deletion arrangements also cover copies held in our email systems and by our service providers, subject to their documented backup-deletion cycles.
Enquiries are passed to our email provider and inbox, which retain the message. The website does not keep an enquiry database. Our abuse-control service stores keyed network-address fingerprints for ten minutes and duplicate-enquiry fingerprints for up to 24 hours. These are pseudonymous security data. Operational error events exclude enquiry bodies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Contact us using the address above. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions or profiling.
